Paddock to Plate.

Here are some photos using the new 1.0hp FLB mincer. It worked a treat on a 2 year old ram that got a bit pesky. Ram is more tough than lamb but also more tasty so it makes great sausages with heaps of flavor. I used a 6mm plate and a sinew knife. Made 15kg of sausages in no time.

Recipes were: Greek, Cajun, Rosemary and spiced.  In the background of the mincer photo you can see the kebabs we cooked on the BBQ on the night.
